Pork and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
Pork Ribs or chops, enough to fill your baking dish
1 large onion
1 large can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 large can of sauerkraut
¾ cup light brown sugar
Preparation
Put pork in the bottom of large glass baking dish
Chop 1 large onion – slivers works well shape-wise – and sprinkle over the pork
Open 1 large can of whole peeled tomatoes – pour over the pork and onions
Open 1 large can of sauerkraut – pour over the pork, onions, and tomatoes
Measure ¾ cup light brown sugar – and sprinkle (as best you can) over the whole schemer
Cook in oven (uncovered) @ 350 for 1 – 1 ½ hours
