Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
2 - 4 cups of cooked chicken (pulled/chopped) - rotisserie chicken works great!
1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
12 - 18 oz. Philly cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar (divided in half)
crumbled blue cheese - to taste
Preparation
Mix everything together - saving the 2nd half of the cheddar for the top - adjust the hot sauce and/or cream cheese and blue cheese to make the dip mild, medium or hot. Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350oF for 25 - 30 minutes.
