Coffee Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup strong coffee (cool, not hot)

2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

2 tbs vinegar

2-3 tbs of chopped garlic (from the jar)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl

Pour over your steak and refridgerate for at least 2-3 hours or more.
